Orders

Skanom offers you the option to configure your menu according to your needs. This includes order options, payment methods, and additional services you offer.

Managing orders and services is easy and simple. You can change order options at any time and track your orders in real time.

Order Management

To manage your orders, once logged into your account, click on "Orders" in the menu.

According to the icon order:

1. Directs you to the menu
2. Enables a bell sound when there is a new order or service request
3. Refreshes the page in case of any error
4. Opens the list of service/payment requests
5. Logout from profile

Eat In

Activate Eat In if you will have customers who consume food on the restaurant premises.

Takeaway

Activate Takeaway if you will have customers who take their order to go.

Delivery

Activate Delivery if you will offer home delivery service.

Orders by Phone

Activate Orders by Phone if you will accept orders only by phone.

Activating this option will hide all other order options.

Call for Service

Activate Enable customer to request service or payment if you want customers to be able to call for service or to request the bill.
